Pleasanton Postal is looking for a Retail Store Associate who can perform store activities like handling packing, shipping. printing and other activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proficient in English and delivers excellent customer service
• Comfortable using computers or other systems and troubleshoot system issues by calling customer support
• Proactively call customer service to resolve any customer issues with carriers or service providers
• Can prioritize tasks and pay attention to details
• Flexible to work as per the store timings
• Notary certification is a plus

Eligibility - Has a work permit to work in the USA (NO visa sponsorship)
